This has being a journey for me to lose the weight. I started at 189 about 2 years ago and now I am at 137.5 but it has being hard to get to my goal of 128. As we are in summer and my family loves boating and boating comes eating and drinking lol. But during the week I eat healthy and workout. What is everyone doing to keep on track during summer fun. Share please maybe something I read can help me lose the weight I am needing to lose.

First, congratulations on your weight loss over the last two years! You have negotiated 2 summers while doing this.
So, try to make your "summer fun" focus on activity - boating sounds like it could be very active.
If you are having picnics and friends and family get-togethers, be the person who jumps up and helps others, don't just accept what is given to you, be picky.
Try to avoid "empty calories" - sweet or alcoholic drinks, desserts with little or no nutritional value.
You have 2 years experience behind you, you can do this.7
