I’m going to try again! I just signed down for premium for the ease of logging my food and was exploring and found these community chats. Like many I go good for about 3 to 4 days maybe a week and then I stop logging. People say success comes to those who post regularly and log their food. I’ll log my food, but how do I work on accountability? I’m not a huge social media user. I’m 61 years old, I do strength trainiing, bike riding and hike. I weigh always around 160 pounds. I go up, I go down. But I’m losing and gaining the same 10 pounds. I’d like to be down at a healthy weight.
