Different calorie count

Why am I seeing two different calorie counts for food? Let’s say steamed broccoli. One says such and such and the other(chopped) says something else? I have fallen off the band wagon and gotten a little fluffy and want to get started again. Any tips/tricks to reboots would be greatly appreciated.

When adding fruits or veggies add USDA and you will get accurate entries. i.e.“USDA broccoli”
