This is tough because there are so many great classics...and also a lot of newer stuff...guess I'll work my way from the beginning.
1) M.A.S.H. - this was my dad's show...and I have fond memories of watching with him; it was one of our guy, "father son" things to do. We still like sitting down to re-runs when we have the chance.
2) Happy Days - I just remember as a kid, this was our Friday night family dinner in front of the t.v. show. It was always fun to sit around as a family and watch Happy Days and eating dinner on our t.v. trays.
3) Who's the Boss - Because Alyssa Milano was my first real crush.
4) Married With Children - As it was with many things during my teen years, this show was banned from my house...which made it that much more awesome and I'd find just about anyway possible to watch whenever I could.
5) Simpsons - Because It's the friggin' Simpsons
There are also so many honorable mentions that I could see putting in this list...but really, if I had to go top 5, those would be them.0 -

MASH (the early years)
Roseanne (OMG, that voice drives me insane, but the rest of the actors were awesome)
Who's the Boss (What young teenage girl did NOT have a crush on Tony Danza??)
Seinfeld (I never liked it until it hit rerun status, then I just couldn't stop "No soup for you!!!" I know cliche but so funny)

From this post, I got an answer to a question I've had a long time: Am I the only one NOT laughing at THE BIG BANG THEORY? So it must be pretty funny and I'm just missing it:
Futurama
Family Guy
Animal Cops
Ghost Adventurers
Vintage Simpsons - not the new ones, they've beeeeen jumped the shark
Rattlesnake Republic
Always Sunny - exceptionally funny - with no laugh track
Inuyasha0 -
Friends, Big Bang Theory, Royal Pains, Frasier, How I Met Your Mother0
-
M.A.S.H.
Friends
Battlestar Galactica (new one)
Star Trek - any and all of them, they all count as one, right?!
Farscape0
