Mfp won't let me add friends

Help anyone know how I can fix this everytime I go to add a friend it's says error and no connection possible . But all my WiFi and data is fine . 🫤🫤

    I am sorry this happening.

    I sent a trouble ticket about this last week and they replied back "we know about this and are working to fix it."

    It is a *big* deal on a social media app when connecting with other users is broken.
