Hey guys!

Hey everyone! My name's Noah, and I'm starting back trying to get fit after years took their toll. There was a point in my life where I was slim, lifting weights every other day, and running 4 miles a day on average - I want to get back there. I'm already a week in to lifting/running again, and just installed the app today after a 4 mi mostly walk at the park lol! Looking forward to getting in shape, and hopefully meeting some new people.
