I could use some support!
I weighed 125 before I got pregnant now I'm 186!!!
Is this normal for sitting around with a baby? Well he is one as of July
And is the weight hard to get off?

If you are "sitting around with a baby" then yes, it will be hard to lose the weight. Did you say he just turned one? You need to get out and get active. Start working out, go for walk with your baby, find a workout to do at home, join a gym, if you want to lose the weight, you'll have to do more then just sit. I'd love to help support and motivate you along the way. feel free to add me as a friend. I have 2 little ones myself and am pregnant with my third so I know what its like to lose the baby weight.0

It is so much harder for me to lose weight after having my daughter (She is 3!) I am still not down to where I was before. I work my butt off, eat healthy, and see no results. Then I give up. So I feel your frustration. I am back at trying to lose again...Hopefully I can stick with it this time. However, it is stinks when you are working so hard and you don't have anything to show for it.0
