Wondering if I should eat at maintenance while sick. The food I eat won’t be changing just the volume so I’ll be getting all the nutrients I need either way, just wondering if the body needs extra energy. I’ve been tracking for a couple months now and don’t struggle with sticking with the diet, just want to make a speedy recovery. If it matters I’m 180cm and 65kg female.

You want to be at least maintenance calories or preferably a little above when sick. Your body is working overtime so you need to feed it1

I'd vote for maintenance when experiencing or recovering from anything significant, whether illness, injury, or surgery. Yes, healing requires both energy (calories) and nutrition.
On top of that, you're already at BMI 20.1, on the lower end of the normal BMI range, so I'd suggest you don't want to be losing very fast even when trying to lose, i.e., 0.25 kg/week or slower would be good.
For other USA-ians like me, 180cm and 65kg is about 5'11" and 143 pounds.3
