Hello, I have been an amputee for 3.5 years now. I have had to make many adjustments to my life. Now to add daily food tracking.
Give me a holler day or night.

Hi, and welcome!
I'm not an amputee, but starting food tracking (at age 59) did help me make tremendous improvements in body weight and health. It's well worth the few minutes per day it takes, once the basic learning process is complete. (It can seem like A Lot at first, while everything is new . . . but that changes in a few short weeks, IME. Now it's second nature.)
Wishing you much success!0
