I think that's so dependent on what you like/have access to/can afford.

For me personally - having par-cooked rice at home (I buy packaged parcooked rice that you can cook in the microwave bc I can't cook rice. I've heard all the tips/tricks. I can't do it lol). And portioning out my protein (meat) when I get home from shopping bc I'm usually only cooking for myself at home. I portion out my meat and freeze it so it's easy to grab out and defrost, add to the rice, and add in whatever sauce and veggies. You can easily prep something like this as well.

Look around close to home. We have a couple of local places that have healthy prepared meals you pick up, take home, microwave and eat as is or fancy it up, your choice.

This is close to what I do. I keep frozen or par-cooked rice and pasta on hand, add frozen grilled chicken or frozen shrimp, and a bag of frozen veggies. Doctor it up with some sauce or seasoning stuff and microwave it all. I call them “scoop” dinners and from setting an empty bowl on the counter to first bite is less than 10 minutes.
