Starting again to be my best self

Just started a 1200 cal diet with a swollen right knee so I’m challenged to maximize my work out routines without getting 10k steps.

    Hi BestofMe23. That is an interesting approach. What is the idea behind really low cal count? Are you highly active or more sedentary? I work in an office so I don't get to work out as much, but I'm trying to stick to at least 3 days a week of strength training. Wishing you the best on your fitness journey!
