I’m new here and want to lose fat and build muscles please I’m confuse that what should I eat in a day and what exercise should I do. I’m 23 yrs old mom of 3 weight is 130 lbs help help help to make my butt round and round 😅😅😅😅 any tip and eating process I can’t afford program and can’t go to gym.
