Hello! I've used MFP off and on for the last few years and I'm back again. Trying to connect with some motivation and support to kick my butt into gear. I have no motivation as the medication the doctors have me on (Topamax) has taken over and I'm trying to get myself off and take back control of my health on my own. It's going to be a struggle but I need to do something.
