Back after hitting 25 year low and trying to get more fit!

I’ve spent much of my life, overweight and the last six years or so I’ve slowly been building muscle and reducing weight. I noticed that I finally hit my all time low over the last 25 years. I’m going to be spending the next six months building muscle And getting to my ideal weight I never thought there was going to be a light at the end of the tunnel and by the time I am done it will be well over 100 pounds. I’m finally off diabetes medication (never had to take insulin) and I’m doing it through food and exercise.

It’s been an extremely slow process, but I finally feel proud of the work thats been done.
