I lost 90 pounds over 3 years ago and was doing an effective job of maintaining, until I suffered an injury at work resulting in surgery and not being able to exercise or participate in many of the activities I once had for an extended period of time (like 7 months).
Now my weight has slipped up considerably and I want to get back down to at least close to my pre-injury weight.

I had a accident last year and surgery so I know how hard it is. My problem was that I wasn’t moving as much as I had before. I joined MFP last March and have lost about 9 pounds, the amount I gained in a year. I’m moving more but still limited due to arthritis.0
