Hello everyone my name is Tasha and I joined MyFitnessPal a week ago. I am on a weight loss journey, I recently went to the doctors and they told me my cholesterol was high so I decided I am going to do something about it by exercising 5x a week and eating more healthier by incorporating healthier food items into my eating regimen. So far I currently weigh 217 and am looking to lose 60 lbs. that is exactly how much I have gained in the past 8 years. I am very excited to be sharing journey with you all and thank you all for welcoming me into yalls community. Good luck to everyone! Love you all!
