I just got a new workout by Cathe Pedal Power and wow! It is an awesome workout! I was working out for 30 minutes and I increased it to 55 minutes. I am now weighing less than 200! Also, I stood up yesterday and with a pair of shorts on noticed I now can see light through my thighs,, I couldn’t do that for so many years! This was a huge accomplishment in my book! Now to work on the other 60 pounds I need to lose. I also found out I love Muscle Milk Chocolate Peanut and it is 40 grams of protein per serving and I am going to order that in addition to the Premier Cafe Latte I drink in the morning with 30 grams of protein. I am doing my Pedal Power dvd this morning, tomorrow morning is my weight dvd, The Firm Susan Harris Body Basics for an hour.
