75 HARD

If you are not familiar with 75 hard, it is more than just a workout program. In fact, to call it that is wrong. Its a mental/physical challenge created by entrepreneur, Andy Frisella. I am currently on day five of this journey. If you know about the program, and want to start, I wanted to create this thread to talk. Or if you are just interested in what it is, feel free to follow along!

    I’m on day 3 and my body is already cramping! Lol I’m pushing through, though. I heard days 1-7 are the hardest, then it gets easy, then super hard, then we’re done!😬

    I have been toying with the idea of starting 75 hard. Have not found a good book to read for the challenge and getting a outside workout would be tough. Other than those two things I am on board!

    I'm on date 6. I've surprised myself at how good I'm doing. The hardest part for me is drinking a gallon of water but I've been doing it.
