    I am ready to get back on track. I can do this! Started this week by resuming my mandatory treadmill M-F 30 minute minimum!!

    73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
