I am starting on my weightloss/healthy me journey...again.I like working out,but I guess I need to work out harder.My basal metabolic rate is 1400.If I eat more than that, I gain weight.Can you help me find good muscle building and decreased calorie recipes which are doable for someone who probably eats too many carbs? I am desperate.Again.
