First time posting here. I've been using the app for 12 weeks, lost 12lbs in that time. My head wants faster results but my heart knows slow and steady is better for long term change. I have another 30-40 lbs to lose so I'm hoping for motivation and inspiration to keep going through the ups and downs of life.
