Hi! New here 😊 former WW weight loss fan

Hi! I have been fighting the weight loss issue my whole life. Thought I figured it out with WW and lost 30 pounds until the plan was changed. I have now gained it all back. Looking for a fresh start and a new way that will work for me!! Exercise is not an issue, I love to run and do yoga. So I just have to get the nutrition side figured out. Looking forward to a new day and hopefully this will work for me in controlling my portions and learning to eat better. Hoping to learn from others that have figured out 😊
