Hello, after 2 bouts of COVID and working 12 hour shifts mostly on my feet, I'm exhausted, weak, chronically tired and 10-15 pounds heavier than I'd like to be. I read that I should increase my protein intake to at least 75g/day. I've also read that I should cut back on sugars/carbs and try to build back muscle. So, here I am.
I love to knit, crochet and sew. I live in the woods on the edge of a lake. Swimming and canoeing are my favorite forms of exercise. I also love to bake and pride myself on making things low fat without sacrificing flavor or texture - except pies, there's only one way I'll make a pie crust: Grandma's way.
