Getting on track

Hi everyone,
I'm new to weighing and measuring food I do keep forgetting to record things.
But I think I'm getting there. (Where ever there is)

    It takes a while to build any habit. Weighing and logging is no different. But I can promise you, if you try, and find a calorie goal to stick to, it will rock your world.
