Hi, just started here. I think my biggest goal will be trying to eat healthier, while staying within some type of budget.
We have a family of 8, and lots of young picky eaters. Any tips are more than welcome!
5"11 weighing at 180, cycle for 60+ mi a week currently as I'm in a cycle challenge. Usually work out a few days a week, on all my workout days I usually run for first ~30 minutes and get 5+ mi.
What I've noticed most is with my activity level I guess I'm drastically undereating. However I somehow have a bmi of 24.
My main goal is to be tone and fit. Just trying to figure out how to get it done.
