Activity level

A very good morning. It’s Matteo.
I would love to know what activity level I should set on MFP.
I go to the gym 4 times a week (no cardio) and I’m a cabin crew. I normally work just 3 times a week.
Actually I’ve got it set at “lighltly active. Is that okay?

Hi Matteo,
MFP's activity levels are meant to reflect non-exercise activity: work, chores around the house, hobbies,...
Workouts are separate on should be logged in your diary when you do them, which will give you more calories to consume that day.0
