Supplements to aid in dropping body fat % and packing strong deep muscle

Hey folks hoping I hear from u on this I've started hybrid training with strength/circuit training and it's so much fun but looking to see whats out there to supplement along with the good of course

Ask the gym you go to. They'll hook you up with every supplement you can imagine. They won't work. But hey, it might have a placebo effect, and you'll be convinced. If only because you spent so much money on it.5 -
If there were a supplement that did that, we’d all be stacked, by golly.
Best supplement is sunshine, as in get your *kitten* off the sofa, Sunshine.

Nothing safe/legal helps with dropping body fat.
Creatine monohydrate is worth supplementing alongside strength training and perhaps other relatively intense exercise. It's relatively inexpensive and quite safe, but not miraculous, just potentially helpful. Note that it can increase water retention, and that'll show up on the scale initially.0 -
Proven supplements are creatine, beta alanine and protein. Finding good quality is the issue since many supplements are manufactured by the same companies with just label changing for the merchant.
Personally I use Optimum Nutrition products because they own their own manufacturing and use good raw materials. Some of the other companies get their raw materials from China which has no regulation on purity. Which is why a lot of supplements when tested had contaminants (ever wonder why some honest athletes failed some banned substances tests?) Also if you find a product that is USP certified, that's a good sign of quality.
There are NO fat burning supplements out there that work. They are usually all just stimulant based products.

Assuming you mean legal stuff, rather than whatever random crap some dude in the gym says is in some bottle, then protein + creatine + hard work and time.0

Caffeine helps as it causes you to be a bit more active outside of the gym however nothing will directly cause fatloss.0
