Weekly averages

Is there a way to see what your weekly calorie average is? Average weight is?
I saw there's a place where you get your total cals consumed for the week, but I want weekly averages, not totals.

If by "weekly average" you mean average per day across a week, there is a place in the phone/tablet app where you can get calorie averages, in the Nutrition option, by selecting weekly view. If you mean average of all the days added together from one week compared to the next week, I don't think so.

Bodyweight, no, not that I know of. Even the weight trending apps don't do that, that I know of. (Happy Scale for Apple/iOS, Libra for Android, Trendweight with a free Fitbit account (don't need a device), Weightgrapher, probably others. To me, those do something more useful than simple averages, but it's still just statistical analysis, not a magical crystal ball.)

you can just take the total and divide by 7.

I have an Excel sheet that does all of that. Daily averages, daily amount over my Goal, weekly average calories, weekly amount over my Goal, exercise, (gross and net intake,) and then I make notes every morning regarding the previous day's food and exercise. It's been really helpful to me to see my patterns and to brainstorm solutions.

If you use the iOS app:

1.)open your diary and scroll to the very bottom and select Nutrition.

2.) this opens the Today view.

5.) to view weekly calories, simply click the calories tab while still in weekly mode:

6.) click the to view net calories, if that’s your preference:

You’ll have to change back to daily view. It defaults to whatever your last selected view was.
