Can you post how you get your protein if you are mostly vegetarian? I'd love to plan vegetarian meals with more protein while balancing carbs. I eat eggs and Greek yogurt and want to keep it interesting so I could use meal ideas.
Here's my first attempt at eating more protein:

I find plant based Garden of Life protein powder with some almond milk helpful1

Smoked tofu fold-over sandwich:
Peanut butter pita with kefir and hot vanilla milk:
Oatmeal with lots of stuff: This one is high calorie (I'm in maintenance) but dropping the seeds, nuts, and PBfit reduces the calories some while still leaving a good bit of protein.
Tonight's dinner, tofu noodles baked and mixed with cooked frozen veg (cucumber was a side, optional obviously). Columns are calories, carbs, fats, protein, sodium, fiber.
Other things for which I don't have a screen shot handy:
Edamame fettuccine with stir-fried veggies and a dressing of chili sauce + peanut butter powder + rice vinegar and maybe other seasonings.
Plain tempeh with barbecue sauce (or something similar), baked. (There'd be veggie sides.)
Red lentil pasta with marinara and calorie-efficient cheese. (There'd be veggie sides.)
