Intermittent Fasting

I got very excited as I saw this new feature popping up. Only three basic options. Where is the customisation? There are a lot of people, who are doing IF and OMD. Would be great, if we do not need to use different apps.

    Yeah, it’s still way too limiting for those who do longer fasts such as 36h / ADF or longer.

    I’d vote for this too. I’m doing modified ADF - for example, 500 calorie goal M/W/F with two small meals 18:6. Then 14:10 Tu/Th/Sa/Su. Not sure the best way to do this in MFP. Goals are run a weekly calorie deficit plus IF health benefits.
