Scale isn't budging since last week. I'm staying within my calories and I changed my intake to macros 40P, 40C, 20F. I'm not perfect but getting really close to daily goals.
But no scale change. Any tips?

Scale may not change for a few weeks. Changing macros won't really have much of an effect. Overall weekly calories will determine things fatloss wise.0

Tom's right. The right percentages of a still-too-high calorie goal won't trigger weight loss, assuming weight loss is your goal.
A week really isn't enough time to know anything useful, though, because fat loss is masked by larger-magnitude fluctuations in water retention and varied digestive contents (on the way to becoming waste) over that short a time.
Stick with any new regimen for 4-6 weeks. (If you're female, and of relevant age/stage, compare body weight at the same relative point in at least two different menstrual cycles.) That should give you a better indication of whether fat loss is happening.0
