Lol, first time in a long time

So this week, it's the first time in a LONG time that I've not had any pain whether it be from tendinitis, a sprain, a pulled muscle, etc.
I've totally forgot what it feels like. Have been able to workout out pretty much care free so far this week.

I wish I could say the same... :'(
However, I am glad for you because it must be awesome to be pain free and workout without problems. Enjoy it!

    Happy for you Niner.

I have pain everyday at some level. I have OA and have to push through it constantly. I do whatever I can (stretching and exercise wise) to power through--everyday. Not easy, but necessary.

Pain is such a funny thing. So much chronic low level pain we learn to live with and then when it is suddenly gone we realize wow - I was in pain.

So happy for you and best wishes that you can continue in the same mode! I treasure those days where everything clicks and it feels like I could go on forever and work harder.💖🌟💖

Being intentionally grateful every once in awhile is a powerful act. I'm hoping you have a lot more of those 'click' days going forward.

Lol, knew it wouldn't last forever. After kickboxing class yesterday, I feel the twinge in my ankle which has been chronic for over 20 years. But everything else is pretty good including my sciatica.
