I’m 242lb and have been doing cardio and weight lifting since July 23rd
Lost about 20lbs
I wake up at 3:30am every morning and have apps like this to assist me with eating more protein.
I eat skinless boneless chix breast and broccoli with rice most days
I’m highly motivated to get fit and it’s working
