Hi all

Sorry if this was asked already but when trying to maintain...how do you add back cals....I thought i read 50/100 at a time?
I started this site at 155 and am now 133...I think rather than loose more weight (I'm 5'7+)
I need to tone..BIG TIME
I've added back 150 cals...so my target per day is 1550 cals, but I am still loosing
I initially added 100 cals for the past 2-3 weeks and this week added another 50...should I sit tight and see how the next week goes?

Any thoughts?
Thanks, Kim

You can switch your goals to "maintain my current weight" and jump right in. Also, my muscles have been really happy since I've given them some more calories. My definition has really increased, without really changing my exercise.

Or, maybe I just have more energy now that I'm eating more.:flowerforyou:
