    Hola 👋🏻

Are you in a calorie deficit at all?
Exercising at that rate I would think you are losing weight

Try using a calorie calculator on Google or set it in your goals where MFP will calorie calculate for you

Also weight all your food, log and track it :) and stick to the same calories everyday 7 days a week

    Good luck xx

    You can't out-exercise your fork.

Figure out how much you need to eat to lose weight, including your current rate of exercise.

Do that by logging food and exercise and then gradually lowering the amount of food.

Congratulations on your loss so far.

Let's talk about your great achievement so far. And let's talk risks.

There three awesome things you've achieved. You have lost 70lbs.
You have also become more active and a regular gym exerciser.
You have not started to regain but, instead, have managed to find the ability to maintain your weight.

    This is awesome.

Unfortunately you also haven't talked at all about how you regulate your food and drink intake. Just the fact that you go to the gym regularly

Your biggest risk over the next year is that an injury or illness will make you unable to exercise for a week or two and you will not adjust your calories and end up getting caught in a regain cycle.

Remember that how many calories you eat has more to do with your weight than anything else.

I'll be honest with you. I would look though the gym routine with a professional and I would make sure it is sustainable.

Do you include cardio? Are you exercising with the same intensity as you were initially? (Less intensity could result in fewer calories spent. But that's the benefit of separating gym from weight loss in your mind. Your gym decisions should be about performance and health. Not weight)

Would make sure that you are including some cardio in your day even if it is just a walk. Would make sure you have recovery days built in. Depending on what you do at the gym might even reduce the time there and spend that time on something else that is active.

Once I was sure that another few months have passed and my weight had not changed I would consider whether I wanted to risk dropping calories (eating less calories). And I would do it carefully, slowly and deliberately by reducing calories but by keeping in mind that the hardest part is maintaining that loss you have already achieved. Two years of reduced weight is awesome. Let's make it three and then four!
