Hey, I'm Alesha, have been a MFP member for awhile now, and JUST found these boards! I've been losing motivation (perhaps because I haven't logged on here for quite some time), but was thinking of buying one of the FitBit One things to help me track a little more. I'm mostly interested in the sleep portion of it, as I know I don't sleep well, and would like to track that. Does anyone use this? What's your opinions on it?

I do not use a fitbit nor do I track my sleep. I should probably track my sleep. I can say that I had lost motivation and I purchased a MOTOACVT. I couldn't wait to try out all of the features. That sparked renewed motivation inot my exercise and I have been going strong ever since. Unfortunately my eating habits have not had that renewed sense of urgency. Motivation can be a bit fickle.
