I have had MyFitnessPal downloaded as an app for a long long time. I’m planning to use it as a motivator. I plan to lose 20 pounds by Jan 1. Where can I go within the app to get motivation, exercise videos, podcasts, etc?

For MFP-offered exercise, recipes, etc., that are available with free MFP, go to the blogs:

Notice the subheadings right below the top title (Recipes, Nutrition, etc.) for narrowing down items of interest to you.
If you paid for premium MFP, there are also guided workouts and eating plans, but they're only accessible in the phone/tablet MFP app, not in the web browser version of MFP.
If you explore here in the Community forums, you'll find quite a few useful threads on various topics. Especially look in the "Most Helpful Posts" section under each main topic area.
