Age 54 height 5"7"

Starting weight July 31st 2023 181lbs. Pant size 36.

Today Sep 25 2023 weight 158lbs pant size a comfortable 32.

Man that feels good. and this was a goal of mine when I started.

Goal weight is between 145 to 150 with a waist size of 30 to 32.

I will be working toward not being skinny fat by lifting and continuing to eat if a calories defecit.

For the first time since I was a kid I want to see my ab muscles again... :)

    Wow that’s amazing progress. PLEASE share what worked for you?

    I started at 183 lbs on 22/8/23 and am currently 172 lbs by IF only. I could really do with some advice on how you dropped the weight so fast!

    A few things I have changed up.
    Eliminated my daily alcohol consumption habit because it had zero positive benefits and numerous negative side effects, mainly useless unnecessary calories.

    I got strict with my calorie intake. Currently at 1500calories per day. I eliminated all processed foods as I find they don't fill me up.

    I walk 5k daily and strength train 3x per week.

    Thats about it and not only have I dropped the pounds I feel amazing and full of energy.

    Wow that’s awesome! I have also cut out processed food with the exception of bread every one in a while, big change from my previous way of eating which was very processed and carby.

    I think I definitely need to start some strength exercises. Maybe start off with some home workouts.
