How do I add food/recipes to the database so that others can log it?

Hi, I'm a certified nutrition coach and I would like to add recipes to MFP for my clients to be able to log easily in their diary. I can see how I create a food, when using the app on my iPhone but can't see how to do this on the desktop version. Also, I can't see an option to share or add it to the database. Is this automatic or am I missing something?
The steps I am taking are: search for food, when not found click on create food, add brand name, description, serving size and number of servings, then click on next arrow and add macro and micro information. Then it just logs it to my diary and I don't see an option to add it to the database. Is this the right way?
Thank you in advance for you help. ;-)

Thank you Jean, is it only possible to add foods/recipes to the public database if the item has a barcode?

Nope, you can create foods that do not have a barcode, but please do your best to ensure that the information you provide is complete and accurate.0 -
Thank you Jean, I'm sorry but I can't see how to do this. The instructions are only for using a barcode if wanting to add it to the public database and I can't figure out how to do it without. I am using the app in the UK, does this make any difference?0
