New here - Confused

Hi I’m new here and am confused about how much protein, carbs, and fat I should have. Can someone help me please?

    The defaults MFP gave you are generally a reasonable place to start, especially if you aren't on a steep deficit of calories (if you are, you might want to push the protein up a bit).

    If you share your goals, stats, activity level, etc., people might be able to give you some more tailored advice.
