    Here’s a grab from Google, I dont feel too comfortable just giving out my own opinions on what foods are what but out of the list below, I do have a few I favor to. Eggs, nuts, chicken and beef - I also intake muscle milk for the protein but that comes with 200+ calories.

    Lean Beef. 22 g protein (3-ounce serving) of 93% lean ground beef. ...
    Chicken. 27 g protein (3-ounce serving) of skinless chicken breast. ...
    Salmon. 19 g protein (3-ounce serving) ...
    Eggs. 6 g protein (1 large egg) ...
    Peanut Butter. 7 g protein (2 tablespoons) ...
    Pasta. ...
    Low-Fat Cottage Cheese. ...
