My macros left today aren’t computing. I have more left then my goal is set at. Does the amount left change based on how many exercise minutes you have in a day? IOW Would you get more carbs to spend if you burned 350 calories in exercise (which is recorded through Apple Watch?

Yes, exercise or being more active than your chosen activity level (anything that increases your calorie goal) will also increase your macro goals. The extra calories are added according to the same % slot as the base calories, I think.0
