I've lost alot of pounds on my own I'm now on going from 176 pounds to 133 pounds but now it isn't just about losing weight but gaining a healthy diet and I decided I will go about doing that by sticking to healthy portions and fasting OMAD= one meal a day while incorporating my food scale to track my calorie and micros
