Here I go again

Starting again. Left WW last week. I feel like I know what I should eat calorie wise, but watching all the other things, sodium, carbs, cholesterol is a bit intimidating/overwhelming for me. My real challenge is staying active, I lack motivation but I’m working on it. The lack of accountability in my life is my downfall. But, I’m down 1 1/2 pounds last week so I feel I’m off to a decent start if I can get some consistency…….
