Eating back your fitness burned calories: Yes or No?

I eat slightly more if I'm especially hungry on any given day. Otherwise, no. But I eat at a goal that is not MFP-generated as well--by this, I mean that I eat a bit more on a daily basis than what MFP would have me doing, as I don't track "calories burned" and have no desire to, even if it was possible for me to accurately estimate those burns.0
