And what was your experience like. I just received my order through post and I'm anxious to start taking. I will but just it is a last resort. I've tried everything else. Newly diagnosed with pcos and losing weight is so hard. I keep gaining.

You'd need to specify which supplement. Inno sells many different supplements.1 -
Over the years I've heard repeatedly that reducing carbs helps women with PCOS, so I suspect there is some truth to that. This is one study of many that might shed some light and it is a meta analysis.
As far as some company promoting supplements is concerned inno has been around for 3 years with a very slick campaign. It's the new frontier (online) with the least amount of investment or risk there is, reminds me of fashion watch brands from China. I maybe wrong but I put no weight in most supplements and I haven't looked but if they're promoting it for PCOS I would be very skeptical.

90% of supplements are all hype. Since they aren't regulated by the FDA (they aren't a drug) the regulating faction (DSHEA) will let them say anything they want about their supplement WITHOUT having to actually prove it works. And watch out for false claims of clinical studies because of the way they can manipulate how they state it. Saying a "key ingredient" that was studied and proven in their "propriatery blend" doesn't mean that that's the result you'll receive from it because there's no actually dosage given and it may not even match the dose in the study.

They weren't advertised as helping pcos weight but I'm hoping they will.0 -
On the plus side, it'll help you poop if you're constipated.1

Well, supplements can't make claims about medical conditions - that privileges is reserved for FDA approved drugs. But I agree with the rest.
The company I used to work for included an ingredient that was studied and found to be effective, but we literally included 1/100th of the studied strength.0 -

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public. In the app, go to Settings > Diary Setting > Diary Sharing > and check Public. Desktop: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings1 -
Never heard of it, so I just looked up. I'd go a little slow with it. Both the cleanse and the night one contain things with a laxative effect. Online there are suggestions that shred may help you lose about a pound a month? Good luck!0

Hey, I haven't started using them yet. I decided to try wegovy weight loss injections instead. They didn't work and made me feel sick. I'm currently trying the gym. As gained another half a stone since this post. It didn't help at all. I'm going to try them soon, maybe tomorrow. I just became a little concerned about Ingredients. Plus I tried one days inno shred and cleaned the whole house manically, scared to get hyper like that again. Maybe might now im going to gym. Just don't want to overdo it. I went to gym last week and strained my groin area. It's easy to overdo it as is.1
