Hi, my name is Sincere ( swear) but my online name is FerallyFit. I am an American living in Mexico. Retired military, almost 50, and did the gastric sleeve ( after I lost and regained previously ) You still have to watch your calories, push the proteins, etc. I just had my 1st round of plastics so MMO but you swell for up to a year. I am in a calorie deficit but try not to stalk the scale because it is bipolar. Next Monday I start back at the gym! Tomorrow is the last day of this horrid 30-day plank challenge I have been doing on Facebook. 5 min of torture anyway looking for friends from any walk of life I am diverse.
