What are they and what are they supposed to do other than make your wallet lighter? I suppose they don't do anything as things that do anything require a doctor's prescription and anything available just like this doesn't.

It's a very low calorie diet, as low as 600 calories a day for one plan and go to 1000 calories a day and they send you the food. They have a pouch that said carbonara and you just add water and has 150 calories, sure, lol, I thought that was pretty funny and their snacks are things like chocolate raisin bars and salted caramel bars and all the pouches say "100% nutrition" I have to say this is probably one of the worst attempts at a diet plan I've seen.

Is there a specific product you're looking at in their line, since there are a few that could be "sachets"?

Regardless, I agree with those above: There really aren't jumpstarts or shortcuts (at least not any that are safe, legal, and meaningfully major).

Better bet IMO: Get reasonably good nutrition eating real food that keeps you personally mostly full and happy, while consistently sticking close to a reasonable calorie goal on average.

Not only will that work, but it will arm you with eating/activity habits you can carry into maintenance after goal weight. Maintaining weight, according to most people, is the actually harder phase. Maybe plan for it?
