Hi, if you can find a thread about Squatober (I cannot), then you simply comment on it, otherwise you can just state your goal and invite others. I would not mind actually 🏋🏽♂️1

@ozdeelite, yeah these higher numbers got my thighs burning, but I think I see progress.. my legs are looking fierce and I may have a booty in there somewhere. 😆💪🙌1

I did days 21 and 22 all in one day, split them up 115 AM and 120 PM. Forgetting a day now is much different than forgetting a day in the beginning of the challenge when the squats were less but I managed. I’ve noticed that I can easily get to 50 squats without feeling the burn now so that must be progress. I think my inner thighs are also shrinking .. that could be an illusion though 😉1

I’m gonna take 2 rest days. I skipped day 23,125 squats, my legs and hips hurt really bad, I’m having some sort of inflammatory response, maybe I shouldn’t have doubled up the other days, that may have been too much for one day. Live and learn.1

Day 25, 130 squats done ✅ a mixture of regular and plié, I also split the reps up over the day. These higher reps are getting hard. I’m gonna take measurements at the end and see if there’s any difference from before.1

I’m having to split them up too. But I can do 50 in a row relatively easy now. Even managed 70!1
