    Hello, and welcome back!

    Choose a sensibly moderate loss rate, pick a way of eating and exercise that's relatively pleasant (or at least tolerable/practical), and stick with it (unless you notice ways to make it even easier).

    (I'm in camp "less motivation required, more success happens" 😆.)

    You can do this, and the results are worth it!

    Well it's been two months and four days and it's going GREAT. 27.5lbs. No soda, no fast food and exercise.. Logging motivates me..
